30’ Recovery Stretch & Mobility – Focus on deep stretches and recovery exercises
Join this focused recovery session designed to enhance mobility and relieve tension. We begin with a dynamic mobility warm-up, setting the stage for deeper flexibility. The main focus is on stretching the back of the legs and glutes using the Muscle Energy Technique (MET), where muscle activation enhances stretch effectiveness and range. You'll need a sturdy scarf or kitchen towel (no resistance bands) and a ball for targeted work. Perfect for restoring movement and leaving you feeling refreshed and mobile!
