Ready for the Tripod Transition? In this class  we train mobility, strength and stability to achieve agility in ground tension movements.

All you need is a yoga mat or a nice comfortable floor and a yoga block to give your arm a lift for the tripod transition.

In this 30 min natural movement class we get into the flow of movement. Get your heart rate pumping and joint moving! These exercises are excellent also for outdoors. 

Natural Movement exercises help you unlock movements, that are natural to the body, but which our modern lifestyle does no longer support. Helps you get rid of aches and pains and increase overall mobility and flow.

This class format is easy to squeeze to your daily schedule.

It's all about making movement fun!
