A Pilates HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class combines the core-strengthening, flexibility, and balance benefits of Pilates with the fat-burning, cardiovascular benefits of HIIT. 

Class Length: 25  minutes

Focus: core, glutes, arms 

Equipment: a mat, sliders ( socks, piece of cloths, paper plates ), small hand weights
