This 1-week barre ONLINE challenge is designed to take all the pressure off while exercising. Every 20” Barre workout is a low-impact, making them accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels, including those with joint issues or injuries.

The BARRE SNAKC -CLASS is a class format where you offer your body and mind a short and more targeted workout just a fraction of the time!

HOW :
Once you are signed up for the program, you will have a full access to all of the workout classes of the program.
WHAT DO I NEED ?
You would need a wi-fi + a smartphone/ laptop / tablet.
