WHAT :
Each week offers you two (2) classes : 45' Mat Pilates & 45' Barre + one (1) 30' HIIT Combo class during this 3 week time frame - Totally 8 full length classes + on -demand library classes to complete your 3 -week fitness journey.
HOW :
Once you are signed up for the program, you will have a full access to all of the workout classes of the program.
